2. Credential Authenticity

The certificates generated by this platform serve as proof of participation or completion for SUBHAG HealthTech training programs. Forging, modifying, or misrepresenting the digital credentials or the associated unique Verification ID is strictly prohibited.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration. Certificates are generated exactly as per the details submitted. SUBHAG HealthTech reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for re-issuance due to user errors.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, logos, and platform infrastructure are the intellectual property of SUBHAG HealthTech Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.

5. Limitation of Liability

SUBHAG HealthTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
