I haven't received my certificate yet. What should I do?
Certificates are usually generated and emailed within 48 hours of course completion. Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact your course instructor or email our support team with your registration details.
My name is spelled incorrectly on the certificate.
We generate certificates using the exact name provided during registration. To request a name correction, please email support@subhag.in with your Certificate ID and the correct spelling. Note that administrative fees may apply for re-issuance depending on the program.
How do I add this certificate to my LinkedIn profile?
Navigate to your unique certificate URL. Click on the "Share Credential" or the LinkedIn icon. You can copy the provided URL and add it to the "Licenses & certifications" section of your LinkedIn profile, using "SUBHAG HealthTech" as the issuing organization.
Why is the Quick Verify feature returning "Invalid Certificate"?
Ensure you are entering the exact VERIFY# found on the bottom of the certificate (e.g., SUBHAG-01-Jan-2026-0001). Do not include any extra spaces. If the issue persists, the certificate might be revoked or fraudulent.
