Everything you need to know about issuing, receiving, and verifying SUBHAG credentials.

For Participants

  • Once you complete a training program, you will receive an email with your unique Certificate URL.
  • You can download your certificate as a high-resolution PDF for printing.
  • You can also download it as a PNG image, optimized for social media sharing.
  • Use the built-in "Share" buttons to post your achievement directly to LinkedIn, Twitter, or WhatsApp.

Verifying Credentials

  • All SUBHAG certificates are digitally tracked and secured.
  • To verify a certificate, look for the unique VERIFY# (e.g., SUBHAG-27-June-2026-00044) at the bottom.
  • Enter this ID in the "Quick Verify" box on our homepage.
  • If authentic, our system will display the exact credential details and the participant's name.

Social Sharing

  • Our platform uses dynamic OpenGraph images. When you paste your certificate link on LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook, a beautiful preview of your actual certificate automatically appears.
  • We recommend adding a personalized message when sharing to maximize your professional visibility.

For Administrators

  • Templates: Create reusable certificate designs with dynamic text (using {{Participant Name}} tags).
  • Bulk Generation: Upload an Excel file with participant details to generate hundreds of certificates instantly.
  • Management: View all issued certificates and track their verification status from the Admin Dashboard.
